ya I just made a simple middleware before the use middleware call and it is being called

whats the request path that it's getting?

i mean request url

I logged req.url and I get /auth/signin

this time the behaviour just changed it just stays in the loading state and doesn't really throw an error

yea cause your middleware is not returning a response.

As discussed, the issue was that you were importing from thirdpartyemailpassword instead of from emailpassword.

So if a component is being server side rendered we can not use useSessionContext hook in that component ?

is their any work around to this without switching off SSR

We can't. The sessionContext relies on reading browser storage.
