awesome yeah, i think overall this is significantly cleaner to integrate compared to the older version that i was using originally i fond i was deleting more code than i was adding to get things to work

so, i'm in the process of standing up the supertokens core container on my hosted VM i know that part of starting up the container requires specifying the IP of the machine. I'm running into this error and i suspect it's because my DB is not accessible to the outside:

can i use localhost IP as part of the container environment variables?

Using local host as the db port will not work since that points to inside the supertokens docker container

Instead, use the local IP of ur machine and make sure that the db is listening to it

i'm using mysql and i can connect to it on the port it's listening to. are you saying there is more work to be done beyond this?

@tredstone which version of the core are you using now? I think moving to the latest nodejs version probably might have not fixed that above error

Yeah when I set things up on my server I pulled the latest docker image
