The issuer URI is the URL that identifies the issuer of the JWT token. In the case of SuperTokens, the issuer URI is the URL of your backend server where SuperTokens is running along with the apiBasePath.

For example, if your backend is running on `http://localhost:3000` and your apiBasePath is `/auth`, then the issuer URL is `http://localhost:3000/auth`.
