Do we have a way to mark Posts as "resolved"? (That would hopefully make it easier for people to search through the questions and see which ones received solutions in the end.)

Yeah, we can achieve that with forum Tags. Once a post is resolved, we add the ‘resolved’ tag. That’s one way to do it. I’d explore more options. Thanks <@254665398962749461>. That would help.

Update: The `Resolved Tag` is up and can be used to mark a support ticket as finished(mods only). 

IT, You should be able to filter using the Resolved tag now.
