Hey, I was checking pricing page, and I've seen that you are offering MFA, but when checking docs, I see that supertokens is not MFA optimized. We have already implemented 2FA using combination of multiple recepies as suggested in docs. I'm just wondering if there is feature we are missing since we are using self hosted version without license?
r
Hey. We haven’t released the optimised version of MFA yet (which will be paid). So you aren’t missing anything, and the version you have now is and will always be free.
f
Cool, thanks! We are now thinking about adding multienancy, and we are wondering if multitenacy on self hosted requires licence? It says it's paid feature, but pricing calculator shows 0. Just want to double check
r
It is a paid feature, depending on the volumes
So even if the pricing calculator says 0, u still have to activate it via the license key. But it will not be charged (as long as you are in the free limit of it)
f
We have around 300 users right now as part of default tenant. Our goal is to create second tenant. This should go live in Q1 next year. We don't have projections on how many users will be in this tenant. If possible can you share what is the acceptable volume for free limit?
r
I think that’s already mentioned on the pricing page
I don’t recall it off the top of my head, I’ll have to check
f
That's whats confusing me, it says 0
r
Oh. That’s odd
It should give you options
i see the options here.
@akiraa1424 can help here.
f
Hm, I did a hard refresh and it's shown now. Looks like our monthly cost would be 20$ because we have default + 1 more tenant?
r
yup! thats correct
f
Thanks @rp_st. I'll let the team know.
@rp_st just to check one more thing, which we often seen with other identity providers. Is there a minimum we have to pay, and is it billed monthly or yearly?
r
Monthly.
And there is no min. The pricing calculator is accurate
