09/20/2023, 9:34 PMHi, I am trying to trouleshoot why one user is not receiving passwordless login emails, while others do not seem to be experiencing the issue. I've ran a message trace in Exchange and don't see the email ever hitting exchange for this user. I'm using the default email delivery service behavior. Is there some way to see the logs for this?

09/26/2023, 2:07 PM@rp_st i get this message in the logs when i enable the debug logs, but the email doesnt actually appear to be hitting the exhange server. are there any additional logs that your team has access to to verify if the email is not getting sent for some reason?
