I accidentally removed apiBasePath and the signin screen stopped working without any logging errors and just showed a blank screen. Suggestion: log an error? + set default as

? It was very hard to debug since I am also working with electron and there are all sorts of reasons why electron might also show a blank screen. Thanks for your work on SuperTokens.
