partially.
we have emailpassword / social login / passwordless (otp or magic link) based auth. You can combine them to make 2fa using these types of auth
but if you want fido / google authenticator app then we don't have that

SuperTokens is designed to be used with its SDKs for frontend and backend. So ideally, this is not the right way to use the software - but it's possible.
